We always hope that you are happy with your purchase. However if you are not satisfied for whatever reason in accordance with the EU Distance-selling law you must contact us within 14 days of receipt.
Always contact us before returning any item via email to : firstname.lastname@example.org. A returns number will be supplied. We will then need you to confirm the date you shipped the item back.
Refunds will be given within 5 days of us receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that the item(s) were shipped back to us.
The cost of shipping the item back to us (unless the item was damaged) is the responsibility of the buyer and this will not be refunded. The original shipping cost of sending the item out will be refunded.
Please note items will need to be returned to us in their original packaging and in the original condition (not used, worn , washed or damaged) for us to issue a refund.
No returns accepted after 14 days from receipt of goods.
*Should an item not be delivered or returned for non-delivery due to buyer providing wrong shipping address or unavailable to accept the delivery, the order will be cancelled and partial refund given for purchase price of items only (no refund on original shipping charges). It's the responsibility of the buyer to provide the correct shipping address at time of purchase. Any Custom orders including Custom DTF transfers will not be refunded but can rearranged to be redelivered at buyers cost.
All refunds are issued in the same method they were received - so if you paid by paypal the refund will be via paypal.

Please do contact us within 40 days of purchase to report any non-delivery. If we do not hear from you until after this time, a refund or replacement will not be issued.
All care and consideration is taken when items are packed. They are all checked before being wrapped securely for dispatch.
However should your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We may require photographs of the items damage and the box (this is for claim purposes). We may request that the item is returned to us- if so, once the item is received we will refund the original item cost including the shipping as well as reimbursing you for the cost of returning the item.
We cannot give refunds without photographic proof of the damage to the item and photos of the box/packaging. Please do not throw any of it away until everything has been resolved.
Please contact us about any damage within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Please note refunds or exchanges are only given for items damaged in transit. We cannot refund or replace items that have been damaged due to rough handling or dropping.

Items which show signs of wear will not be refunded.
Refunds will only be issued once the items are returned. Please see below regarding Return Policy.
Please note we do not offer refunds for custom orders.
Please note for legal reasons we cannot refund you for any custom or tax charges you receive. These are collected by your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
We are not responsible for stolen items that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. It is your responsibility as a buyer to make necessary arrangements to have items placed on hold, picked up or delivered to a safe location should you decide to go on holiday before the goods are delivered. If you know an item was delivered and failed to properly secure it we will not be held responsible should item be stolen from your front door, porch, mailbox or other common area of delivery by carrier.
EXCHANGES / STORE CREDIT
If you would prefer to exchange the piece rather than have a refund for the item you are unhappy with, we can accommodate this within the same 14 days (UK / Europe) or 20 days (international).
However the item must be of the same or less value as the one purchased. If the exchange piece is of less value, the difference will be refunded or a coupon offered for the difference in value. If it is more, the difference must be paid by the buyer before I can send the new item.
If you are not sure what item you want to exchange, we can offer you a store credit coupon for the value of the returning item.
Please note a shipping charge will be incurred on the exchanged piece.

Custom orders are non-refundable but if they are damaged on arrival, we will replace them. We will require photos to show the damage before a replacement is sent.
